The cooled air makes the combustion process in the cylinders more efficient and ensures better combustion of the fuel-air mixture. This results in more powerful engine performance, reduced harmful emissions and improved fuel economy. Intercooler inlets are usually made of metal or plastic materials. Metal intercooler intakes offer high temperature resistance and strength, while plastic intakes are lighter and more flexible. These hoses help maintain engine performance and durability by preventing the engine from overheating. Radiator hoses are usually manufactured from elastomeric materials and materials such as EPDM, EPM and MVQ are particularly used. These materials have superior properties in terms of durability, flexibility and heat resistance.

These materials are resistant to high temperatures and cold-hot changes and are ideal for long-term use as they are resistant to corrosion.

Air conditioning systems in vehicles are used to cool and dehumidify the indoor air. In this system, refrigerant (usually R134a or R1234yf) is used to remove heat from the air and produce cool air inside the vehicle. The A/C hose circulates this refrigerant and enables efficient operation of the air conditioning system. These hoses are flexible tube-like parts made of elastomeric materials and are designed to withstand the pressure of the refrigerant.

Thanks to these features, the fuel tank filling hose provides a safe and trouble-free refuelling experience, allowing vehicles to refuel regularly and efficiently.

Low pressure fuel hose is a special tubing system made of elastomeric material that allows the transport of fuel between low pressure zones in vehicles and other motorised equipment. These hoses are used in low pressure areas such as the fuel tank and fuel pressure regulator. It facilitates the refuelling process of vehicles by providing safe, fast and effective transport of fuel to the vehicle tank. Low pressure fuel hoses play an important role in affecting vehicle performance, fuel efficiency and emission level by meeting the fuel needs of the engine. The production of these hoses from quality and durable materials, regular maintenance and prevention of leaks contribute to the healthy operation of the fuel system and provide a safe driving experience.
